Parma Nova

The first phase of the redevelopment on the former Biljardna hiša site along Parmova and Džamijska streets. Parma Nova consists of two multi-apartment buildings with 153 apartments and a shared underground garage. Construction started in 2025, with handover expected around the beginning of 2027. Casa Nova is tracked separately as the later phase of the wider development.[1][2][3]
